INFOZED – Return & Replacement Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Applicable products can be returned within the defined return window if:

    • They arrive physically damaged

    • They have missing parts or accessories

    • They are defective

    • They are different from the description on the product detail page


2. Technician Visit for Certain Electronics

  • For devices like smartphones, laptops, TVs, refrigerators, washing machines, etc., we may schedule a technician to inspect.

  • These visits are arranged via INFOZED.IN Home Services.

  • The resolution will follow the technician’s evaluation, per the Home Services Terms & Conditions.


3. Conditions for Return Processing

To process a return:

  • Product must not be damaged while with you

  • Must match what you received

  • Must be returned in original condition, including:

    • Brand/manufacturer’s box

    • MRP tag

    • User manual

    • Warranty card

    • All original accessories


4. Handling Personal Data on Returned Electronics

  • Before returning any electronic device, erase all personal data.

  • INFOZED is not liable for any misuse of personal data that remains on devices.


5. Non-Returnable / Excluded Cases

  • Buyer’s remorse (wrong color, model, or product ordered) is not eligible for returns.

  • Products marked explicitly as “non-returnable” on the product page cannot be returned.


6. Damaged or Defective but Non-Returnable Products

  • Even for non-returnable items, if you receive a wrong, defective, or damaged product, we’ll offer:

    • A full refund or

    • A replacement

  • We may need to inspect or collect the item before issuing the refund or replacement.


7. Documentation for Returns

  • No extra information is needed to return an item unless stated under a category-specific policy.


8. Replacement Policy

  • Replacement is possible only if the same item is in stock.

  • If the product is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.


9. International Customers

  • International orders are not returnable.

  • However, you can request a refund within 5 business days of delivery or the estimated delivery date.


10. Return Window for Business Orders

  • For INFOZED BUSINESS account holders, the return window may differ.

  • Please refer to our Business Orders Return Policy for specifics.


11. Abuse of Return Policy

  • We reserve the right to warn, suspend, block, or terminate customer accounts if a customer:

    • Returns items excessively

    • Cancels orders frequently

    • Refuses delivery repeatedly
